Grandma’s Christmas Present

winter chipboard craft shapes

by Jacque on November 20, 2009 · 0 comments

When it is my turn to host Thanksgiving dinner I always like to have a craft projects for the kids to do while the adults are preparing and cleaning up the meal. And while I’ve already given one craft project idea I’d like to share another.

I usually try to have the children make Christmas ornaments, its kind of a tradition. This year, I think I will use the winter chipboard craft shapes for this activity. What fun for the kids!

There are snowflakes and mittens and stars and trees. Great ornaments!

I  might also have them each create a special ornament for a wreath to give to my mom. How fun for her to have a wreath that each of her grandchildren have helped make! Everyone- from age 25 to 1 year (ok, Alison might need some help) can help make this for her!
